Shadow had just arrived via underground transit system to the GUN Mystic Ruins Base, hidden deep in the cliffside overlooking the ocean. Following the directions he was given, he headed to Debriefing Room 309, where Rouge, Tails, and a small steel storage unit were. Rouge smiled. "Hey Shadow, just in time. I only just arrived myself."

"In that case, let's not waste time," He said curtly, greeting Tails with an indifferent nod. "What's the situation, and how can I help?"

Rouge smirked. "Don't be so cold to Tails. He's the one who's gonna be giving you your debriefing."

Tails scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "Well, it's not really that big of a deal...anyway!" Tails did his best to sound professional. "Agent Shadow, you have been recruited for a new testing initiative to test the battlefield application of a new type of environmental armor. The contents of this storage unit are designed to alter your body chemistry and genetics to help you adapt to different climates, environments, and combat situations."

"Interesting…" Shadow said, putting his hand under his chin. He approached the storage unit, and opened it. "And my mission?"

Rouge explained that one. "We believe that Robotnik is creating a facility deep in the Holoskan Tundra. Due to the nature of the testing initiative, your mission is only to see if the prototype helps you survive the winter climates as you go to check our suspicions. While the suit is designed to assist in combat, we suggest you avoid fighting unless you have to unless the suit doesn't function properly."

As the storage unit opened, Shadow obtained a few different pieces of equipment. One clipped to his fur tuft on his chest, clinging through it to his skin. He also got thin shackles to be attached over his golden wristbands, as well as attachments to his hoverboots. He felt all these attachments go through his clothes and connect to his body, though it felt natural. Finally, a large mechanical visor mainly composing of a holographic bar that covered his eyes, attaching to him via two nodes on the sides of his head. The nodes connected to him mentally as he heard a robotic voice say "Choose AI Voice and Personality: Neutral Robot, Cultured Briton, Aggressive Male, Friendly Female, or User's Voice Altered [BETA]."

"If this is a test, might as well go all the way," He said, examining the equipment on his body. "'User's Voice Altered."

He felt a slight pinch as he felt his throat analyzed a bit. The voice changed as it spoke, being emitted from a speaker on the chestpiece. "Testing, one two. One two." It sounded like Shadow, but slightly higher and with a voice filter that made it sound like GLaDOS. "User's Voice Altered operating at 100% capacity." Shadow's holographic visor started to flood with data meters and HUDs that tucked themselves neatly in the corners of Shadow's eyes, letting him see that the biosuit was scanning Tails and Rouge, informing him of their vitals, potential strengths/weaknesses, and level of hostility.

"Excellent," Shadow said, catching himself taking the time to examine each displayed parameter. "This suit really is something. Anyway, what is my mode of transportation to the Tundra? If memory serves, it's not too far from here, correct?"

Tails approached Shadow. "On the assumption that Robotnik actually is building a base there, he'd most likely have radar warnings that'd alert him if any GUN aircrafts were to enter the area. I'll give you a personal drop-off with the Tornado, which should be able to fly under the radar, then get out of the potential range of his trackers. I'll use a radio to keep limited contact with you, and once you feel it's time to leave you can let me know and head back to the dropoff point where I can pick you up. If you want, I can have it so if there's an 8-hour period where you don't contact me, I'll assume the worst and fly in to help."

Shadow nodded. "Alright. I'm ready when you are." Tails nodded as they headed to the hangar...

======

A few hours later, they were flying through Holoskan sky, the snow buffeting the plane. Shadow's visor protected his vision, but he was already feeling cold. The AI spoke up. "Sensing rapid decreasing of temperatures. Shall I activate Fur Insulation?"

"Ergh… that sounds like it would be helpful." The wind whipped by his face, creeping under the visor and stinging his eyes.

"Activating Fur Insulation." Shadow felt his fur become a lot thicker and coarse, the temperature no longer affecting him and the buffeting of the snow becoming much less of an annoyance.

Tails leaned over to Shadow. "Trying to take off in this weather would be impossible, so it'd be better if you jumped out here. I'll try to get as low as possible." The Tornado descended, getting within 10 yards of the ground. Shadow nodded, and unbuckled himself, jumping out of the plane, flipping, and landed on the ground with grace. He nearly tripped, the strange weight of his thicker fur imbalancing him. The Tornado deployed a yellow flag with a mechanical base, embedding itself in the ice. The visor took note of that, apparently accepting a program from it wirelessly. It altered all of its measurements to be relative to the flag, as well as adding a meter showing what distance and direction the flag was in relative to Shadow's location. The Tornado flew off, leaving Shadow. The voice spoke up again. "Noticing slippery surfaces. Shall I activate Penguin's Gait?"

"I see, a waypoint system…" Shadow noted as he saw the flag, and then heard the suit speak again. "Penguin's Gait? Sure, might as well test out all capabilities."

"Activating Penguin's Gait." Shadow felt an odd feeling in his legs, causing him to lose balance a bit before catching himself. He realized that his body now had a natural disposition to shifting all of his wait to one leg, which made ie very easy to walk on the ice. Attempting to run would feel off, as it was more like hopping from leg to leg, but Shadow adjusted and got used to it fairly quickly. It wasn't that different from his hover running.

Shadow ran for, based on his visor, exactly ten minutes then the AI spoke. "Noticing Shadow has been isolated for ten minutes. Shall we initiate Conversation Mode [Beta]? We can discuss available functions, analyze mission, toggle existing changes."

"Yes," Shadow said, examining his surroundings as he spoke. "Additionally, set the answer to any other suggestions to activate functions to 'Yes'. This is a testing mission, and I'd rather not waste time confirming each use of experimental technology."

"Significant command flow. Analyzing...loading...Ah. Good. You seem to be asking for one of the available beta functions, Auto-Initiate. Triggering...all done. Biosuit shall deploy all changes without need of confirmation. Other beta functions: Voice Type, change biosuit's voice or type of User's Voice Altered; Formality, give name to biosuit to adress specifically; Silent Mode, Biosuit will not mention changes, functions, or observations unless explicitly asked. Which shall Shadow explore options for? Alternatively, which shall Shadow toggle?"

"Hmmm…" Shadow considered his options. "For now, Formality sounds good. I'll call you Tech, if you don't mind."

"Acknowledged. I shall now respond to the name Tech. Please keep in mind that, as a beta, I have yet to fully learn how to utilize context. Do not speak Tech unless you wish to address me. Would Shadow wish to explore Voice Type or Silent Mode? Alternatively, would Shadow wish to switch topics to Analyze Mission or Toggle Existing Changes?"

"Analyze Mission," Shadow said. "The others seem mostly cosmetic for now, but I can toy with them later."

"Current Mission Objectives: Explore 100+ sq. miles of Holoskan tundra (7/100 complete); Test multiple functions of Tech (7/10 complete), Contact Miles Prower with frequency (7hr 45min left). Optional objectives: Discover evidence of Eggman Empire (Incomplete), Test combat functions of Tech (Incomplete)."

"Geez, 100 square miles… that sounds pleasant…" Shadow grumbled, gazing out at the mostly empty, snowy wasteland. "Tech, what are your remaining functions? Including combat functions? Besides the ones you've already stated of course."

"As per instruction of Miles Prower, Tech lacks the function to list all functions, as an attempt at doing so would take upwards of three hours. Tech has a significant variety of functions, hence the need of an AI to manage them."

"Wonderful… I guess that's his way of bragging, huh?" Shadow stopped running, and addressed Tech directly. "Do you have some kind of scanning mechanism? And if so, what's its range?"

"While lacking the function to test all functions, Tech does have the abiltiy to suggest functions based on Shadow's commands. It appears Shadow is asking for one of three options: Macro Scanner, with great range but poor definiton, Micro Scanner, with great accuracy but little scope, Bioscanner, to identify forms of life. Based on the question of range, Tech assumes Shadow requested Macro Scanner. Initiating Macro Scanner..." Shadow felt a weird head rush as he suddenly felt aware of everything within 40 miles of him. However, his awareness was muddied, as though he were trying to think underwater...upon taking a few minutes to think, Shadow realized that the scanner was detecting something underwater 22 miles away.

"Ergh…" Shadow groaned as he tried to comprehend the sensory overload. "Alright then… ah, there we go! Perfect. I've found something, so deactivate the Macro Scanner for now." He took off running in the direction of what he detected.

"Macro Scanner deactivated. Noticing distance grater than 16 miles to be traversed.  Initiating Aerodynamics." Shadow felt weird again as his clothes and biosuit felt as though it was melting into him, After a moment, he examined himself, realizing he had fused with what he was wearing, his hover boots, gloves, and biosuit now fully part of him. He felt a lot sleeker, and a lot more lightweight. Being directly linked to his thrusters and being able to control their intensity also made it a lot easier to run on the ice.

"Haha, perfect!" Shadow shouted triumphantly. "This suit just gets better and better all the time." He shot forward, nearly flying over the ice.

"Thank you. Noticing the distance Shadow is travelling, Tech has time to talk. Anything else Shadow wishes to discuss, or shall Tech drop the subject?"

"We might be heading towards a threat," Shadow said. "So now might be a good time to give me an overview of your combat capabilities. Other than that, I'd prefer to stay silent."

"While lacking the function to test all functions, Tech does have the abiltiy to suggest functions based on Shadow's commands. Are there specific combat functions Shadow wishes to learn about or activate? Suggest desires and Tech shall provide closest approximations."

"Let's see…" Shadow said. "Lasers? Explosives? Enhanced claws?"

"Analyzing... hm. Are you asking for explosive laser claws? That does not appear to be a function, but I shall make note of that for Miles Prower to add at a later time. Analyzing for second result...oh! Shadow is requesting three seperate functions. Testing functions. Inform Tech if these are not proper approximations." Shadow felt his hands modify, them morphing from looking like white gloves to looking like white claws, very sharp and sleek. He also felt two openings on his palms as his forearms bulked up, now having grenade arm cannons. Finally, he felt his clawtips shift as he instinctively knew if he shaped his fingers like a pistol, he would be able to fire laser shots. Shadow fired off a few blasts of grenades and lasers experimentally, flexing his claws.

"Yes, yes, these seem to be exactly what I was looking for." He said, smiling deviously as he watched the fireworks. "How soon until we reach our destination?"

"Based on Aerodynamic Speed, we shall arrive in precisely 15 minutes. Any other preparations before we arrive?"

"Cloaking," Shadow says suddenly. "Do we have any cloaking mechanisms?"

"Initiating Chameleon Cloak." Shadow watched as his entire body turned white, the colors blending into the snow and ice surrounding him. It was a bit of a struggle to see his own hand against the sky.

"Excellent!" He said. "Let's proceed…" He continued wordlessly until fifteen minutes later, Shadow saw the ice transitiion into water as he realized he was looking at a large swath of ocean.

"Noticing target destination is underwater. Initiating Waterproof." Shadow felt his body change, his thick fur changing into thick rubber still attached to his skin. He looked shiny, though this made his chameleon cloak more effective otherwise. He felt Tech's voice still speaking through the rubber, it being heard more clearly out of Shadow's own mouth.

"This feels odd…" Shadow noted. "But no matter. What are we looking at? Activate floodlights, if you have them."

"Initiating Highbeams." Shadow's eyes, which were currently merged with the visor, started glowing white as they emitted powerful light beams. Against the snowy winds they did very little, but underwater they'd allow him to see far. Shadow dove into the ocean, turning his head this way and that, trying to shed light on the object. Shadow's gaze pierced through the dark waters, spotting an underwater waste sticking out of the side of the ice. Swimming over to get a closer look, it was protected by a thick grate.

Shadow activated the laser, cutting through the grate and proceeding inside. "Tech? Activate Micro-Scanners, assuming they can penetrate the structure at this point."

"Combination of Macro and Micro Scanners can be dangerous to mental health. Deactivating Macro, activating Micro." Shadow felt his range of knowledge shrink significantly, but become a lot more precise. As he swam through the water system of the facility, he could tell when there were robots on the other side of the walls. "Noticing cramped narrow movement passages. Initiating Slender Frame." Shadow felt his arms and legs become a lot less thick as his torso became svelte. His quills also fell down, acting like hair as they clung to his back. He felt weird, but it did become significantly easier to move through the system. The scanners also detected the directions of the tunnels. He could either head in the direction of higher water flow or in the direction of higher robot quantity.

Shadow swam in the direction of higher water flow, wanting to avoid the robots for as long as possible as he scouted the facility. He looked down at his thinner body as he floated through the water, marveling at how the suit was changing him. "Impressive… both you, Tech, and this facility. It's huge. This has Eggman written all over it." Shadow kept going until the tunnels suddenly opened up into a huge water tank. He realized he was in thewater system of a pressurized nuclear reactor, with his rubber insulation protecting him from the heat. Scanning around, there was no exit built into this, but he could easily make his own. He'd just have to patch it up unless he wanted boiling hot water to flood the facility. "Well, here's something," Shadow said as he saw the reactor. "Hey Tech, how much radiation can you take? If this place really is Eggman's, I'm sure we can cripple it, if not destroy it outright."

"Analyzing...hrm. There is a method of having Shadow immune to all radiation effects, but it is highly experimental...still in alpha. Tech is overriding Auto-Initiate to confirm if Shadow truly wants to activate Radiation Suit [Alpha]."

"Activate it," Shadow said. "I'm sure it'll be fine."

"Initiating..." Shadow felt his body become light...REALLY light...most of his vitals disappeared from his HUD. He no longer felt as though he was wearing a rubber suit...he felt as though he WAS the rubber suit, with an inflated air filling. "Shadow is now completely immune to radiation effects."

"Ah… that's… strange," Shadow felt a bit dizzy. "Mind telling me exactly what that just did?"

"To make Shadow truly immune to the effects of radiation, all of Shadow's organic components were memorized and deleted. Shadow is now completely fused with the biosuit, though due to circumstance could not be defined as a robot."

"Ugh… assuming you keep my organic components 'memorized', we won't have a problem…" He said, pointing his hands in two different directions. One towards a wall and the other at the reactor. "For now, I'm sinking this place further than it already is." He fired. Shadow tore open the reactor as boiling water started to flood the room, dragging him out with the current and throwing him onto the floor. As he got up, he realized the room was...well, it was bigger than expected. Watching the water level casually rise, he realized that the flooding would take a lot longer than previously thought with only a single reactor opened.

Shadow looked around the room, jumping to his feet, weapons raised. Any robot he saw, he would dispatch. The only other things in the room were equipment to monitor the various reactors in the base and some reflective surfaces. He managed to spot himself in one, the Chameleon Cloak having trouble adjusting to the flourescent lighting. He looked…well, he looked weird. His slender frame, loose-hanging quills, claw-tipped fingers, shiny coat, and large eye-like visor made him look very VERY feminine. The only thing masculine about him was his stance and the expression on his face. "Hey, Tech…" Shadow said as he looked at himself in the mirror. "By any chance, whoever built this… did they program your alterations to tend to make the user seem more… feminine, perhaps?"

"Based on my internal calculations, while such functions exist none of them are currently active. There are functions to also increase masculinity and androgyny, but they would counteract existing functions. Your current appearance is simply a massive coincidence. Would Shadow feel better with a feminine function activated?"

"No, no, definitely not," Shadow said, almost frantically. "I'm fine how I am, believe me." He proceeded to use the Microscanners to scan through the walls of the huge room, though it didn't seem to have the range for that. Shadow grumbled and cursed. "Here, Tech, switch to Bioscanners. That might give us a better clue about all this, assuming there's any life in this place at all."

"Bioscanners would not be useful in this scenario. However, as a suggestion…" Shadow felt his eyes shift to look at the machines monitoring the nuclear reactors of the facility. He realized that by looking at this, he had a partial map of the facility, showing where all the reactors were and where they funneled power to. Shadow had just cut off power to the Military Air Scanners and Force Field 1 Generator. However, the Surface-To-Air Defense System and Force Field 2 Generator had their own individual power sources, so requesting air support wouldn't be a good move yet. Looking at the map, Shadow saw that Generator 7 connected to Main Throne Room, showing that both were within running distance of the current room, Generator 10.

"Throne room, eh?" Shadow remarked. "Looks like we've found our destination. Good move, Tech." Shadow ran off in the direction of the throne room, intending to stop at Generator 7 only to bombard it with a few grenades before continuing. However, when he got within 200 feet of Generator 7, he realized that it and its bordering hallways were guarded. There weren't many, but knowing Robotnik, they would probably have a way to alert the entire facility to intruder presence. He would have to either take out the guards without being seen or convince them that he wasn't a threat. Going slowly closer and peering around a corner, he saw two Egg Pawns standing guard, holding lances and Panic Alert Buttons. At the end of the hallways read the sign "<-- Generator 7". "The Chameleon Cloak is ineffective under these lights…" Shadow whispered to Tech. "Do you have any disguising functions that might allow me to sneak by these Egg Pawns?"

"There is Functional Invisibility, which would attempt to hack into the Pawns's AI and convince them that they aren't seeing you. However, this is in Alpha and only has a 30% success rate at the moment. There are functions to convince the Pawns to disregard you as a threat, but based on previous commands I am unable to initiate functions."

"Based on previous commands?" Shadow said. "Listen, we don't need insulation, floodlights, or whatever other functions I told you to activate right now. Just go ahead and turn on those functions you mentioned. Not Functional Invisibility, though, we can't risk detection."

"Very well. Initiating Robotic Seduction."

"Robotic seduction…?" Shadow asked with incredulity. "Please tell me that's just a creative name." Shadow felt his body change, his posture shifting to naturally have his hips cocked and to naturally have a sway in his walk. His motions became a lot daintier, yet bouncy, and there was a definite sense of playfulness in it as she placed a hand on her hip. The Chameleon Cloak fully disengaged, but replaced itself with a sleek silvery white color, making Shadow look like some sort of futuristic gynoid. His eyes also lost the lightbeam factor, but turned solid white and had a subtle orange glow to them.

"Sensing stress levels increased. Tech is conflicted between maintaining comfort of Shadow and progressing with commands and the mission."

Shadow groaned as his posture and physiology changed, but he gritted his teeth and responded. "Let it not be said that I let my personal comfort get in the way of the mission…! Proceed..."

"Initiating Vocal Modification [Female]." Shadow felt his throat tighten as it started rapidly increasing in pitch. "Determine accent: Bubbly Playful, Southern Belle, Electronique, Sensual Purr, Fiery Latina."

"Eek!" He yelped, but tried to choke it down, grabbing his throat. "Don't make me decide! Just choose one!"

"Tech thought Shadow determining outcome would make Shadow more comfortable with results. Should Tech perform all modifications with no input from Shadow?"

"That's one of the first things I told you, wasn't it?! Just get it over with!"

"Very well." Shadow felt his voice change into that of Bubbly Playful, sounding very light and bouncy. "Initiating Body Modification [Female]." Shadow watched his reflection as his grenade cannons and claws vanished, his arms becoming completely slender. His feet also changed, his thrusters modifying to resemble high-heels which compensated for the few inches in height Shadow felt herself lose. She also watched as her quills were restyled to look like a curly head of hair, he developed a full perky bust, very wide hips, a large bouncy rump, plump thick lips, and a thin waspish waist. "Initiating Mental Modifications [Female]."

"M-mental modifications?" Shadow asked. "Is that necessary?"

"Tech is following Shadow's orders. Process has already begun, cannot be undone until completion." Shadow felt his mind reconfigure as he felt base parts of his personality become painted over. To Shadow, it felt as though she was merely acting a persona, but she was unable to stop acting, her real personality being buried under the changes. She hated being so grumpy all the time! Anything that kept a smile on her face was perfect in her book, especially if she could put a smile on other people's faces as well! She'd do anything to make someone smile. Anything~<3 "Initiating Species Recontexting [Robot]. What Robot name would User like to be known as?"

"Ehe…heheheee!" She laughed as her personality burst forward. "How 'bouuuut… Sparks! Shady Sparks!" Shady Sparks felt as her body changed. Her tail and ears disappeared, and her muzzle and nose flattened down into smoothness. She felt orange lines painted on her joints to make her look more robotic, her lips and eyelashes being painted to match. She also developed orange highlights in her hair, on her forearms, and her calves. She looked completely robotic, other than the fact that she was still a rubber gal.

"Engage Shadow." Shady Sparks felt her personality melt away as Shadow came back into focus as the dominant personality. "Engage Shady Sparks." Shadow then suddenly slipped from control as her bubbly mind took over again. "Engage Shadow." Shady Sparks melted away again, but at this point it was getting a little hard for Shadow to remember exactly where the two minds were divided. "Remember those commands to change between mental states."

"Ah…" Shadow felt her head, running a robotic hand through her hair, and looking down at her female body. "I guess this is fine…? As long as I can go back to normal…" She started walking towards the robots, waving and greeting them with one hand placed on her hips. "Uh, hey! Hi, fellow robot… friends." She was nervous, but she wanted to delay bringing out Shady again for as long as she could manage. The robots looked at her suspiciously. They thought she looked really neat, but they were wary of how she was acting. She saw that the robots weren't buying it. She closed her eyes, and thought, 'Engage Shady Sparks…' Instantly, she reopened her eyes, which shone brighter as she smiled at the Egg Pawns.

"Heeeyyy~! What's up, guys?!" She bounced over on her heels, glomping the first robot she reached, pressing its face into her bust. The Pawn dropped its Panic Button and lance in shock, clearly enjoying it. The other Pawn looked at her with jealousy and excitement. Sparks looked over at the other pawn with a cute smile, beckoning him with a bent finger. She roped him into the group hug, nuzzling them close. "Heehee, you tiny guys are soooo cute~!" The other one dropped its weapons as they hugged her back, nuzzling into her bust. Sparks giggled a bit as she whispered to herself, "Engage Shadow…!" Shadow's personality returned, bursting through Shady's, but she still giggled as she gripped the pawns tighter, slightly miffed at the sight of them squishing into her rubber breasts. "Ah, what a nice hug…! Let's make it a bit… tighter, shall we?" She engaged the claw function once more, gripping them tighter and tighter until their heads popped of their robotic necks with a shower of sparks. She started to walk into the reactor room proper, but as she looked back at the robots, she felt a sting of remorse. They really were kinda cute...

As she walked into the room, she saw about seven Egg Pawns stationed in various locations around the room, all equipped with guns. There were panic buttons mounted onto the walls. A few noticed her, spotting her claws as they took aim. Shadow panicked for a moment. "Engage Shady Sparks!" She would know what to do. And know she did. She smiled wide as she waved her claws in the air, bounding towards them innocently. "Hi! I'm Shady Sparks, and I think I'm supposed to help you guys here with guarding or whatever!" She approached the nearest Egg Pawn, giving him a quick peck on the cheek and moving close to him. "I don't really know much about all this, so might you help explain it all to me? Pretty pleaaaase~?"

The Pawn blushed as the motioned to the other Pawns to lower their weapons. They all did, but were jealous of the kissed pawn. Said kissed pawn brought her over to the monitoring equipment, showing her a map identical to the one in Generator 10. "Ooh, what does all this mean…?" She stared blankly at the screen, claw idly tapping at her chin. The Pawn lacked the necessary voice box to communicate this idea to her.

"Initiating AI Link Connection." Shady Sparks suddenly felt her brain go digital as she downloaded all of the info on how the nuclear reactor worked. She knew exactly where to zap it to burst open the water system and shut down power to the throne room as well as start flooding the area.

The Shadow personality mentally did a fist pump, before sending the necessary impulse to Shady. "Heehee! It all makes sense now!" Her eyes lit up as she gazed at the screen. "Engage Shadow!" She pivoted instantly, zapping the reactor with a laser in exactly the right position. Water burst forth, and she jumped out of the room, bust bouncing as she pranced away, giggling at her success. "Hehehe! I guess stealth is pretty much out the window now! The throne room's just up ahead, right, Tech?"

"Correct, Shady Sparks."

"Then let's goooo~!" She engaged her jets, flying down the hallway towards the throne room, turning her light-up eyes into floodlights once more, to light the way where the power was out. Tech was somewhat concerned that Shadow had responded to that name, but remembered Shadow decided personal comfort didn't matter for this mission. Shady zoomed into the throne room with her bright lights, but was unable to find anything other than laughter over the intercom. "Hmmmmm? Where are you, Eggman?" Shadow, or Shady, asked to the empty air. "You're supposed to be here! And I'm supposed to beat you!" She pouted and stamped her foot.

She watched as Robotnik walked out from the shadows into her gaze. "Well hello there."

"There you are! Imma getcha!" She dashed toward him, claws at the ready. However, as she ran, she remembered she wanted to put smiles on other people's faces! She doubted he'd keep his smile if he was in pain! She retracted her claws as she approached him, putting her hands behind her back as she skidded to a stop, lightly bouncing on his stomach. She stood there in confusion, personalities conflicting.

Robotnik's smile grew a bit. He must like it when she touches him. "You aren't going to hurt me, Shadow. Or whatever your name is."

"I'm Shado- or, Shady? Shady… Sparks?" She sat there in confusion, before spotting his smile. She grinned back, and hugged him, but that nagging feeling still bugged her in the back of her mind. Was her name really Shady Sparks? She thought it was. She couldn't remember anything else…?

"Well Shady Sparks. You're going to do whatever I say, because otherwise I won't be happy." Robotnik frowned. "You DO want me to be happy, don't you?" For some reason the sight of a frown made her REALLY uncomfortable.

"Well, yeah…" She said, looking down at the ground, trying to avoid looking at his frown. "I mean like… I get the feeling that maybe I was sent here to make you frown… but I guess I don't HAVE to do that…"

Robotnik smiled at that. "Wonderful! Just as long as you understand that my smile is more important than anyone else's. If other people have to frown to make me smile, that's perfectly fine, right?"

"Ok!" She said, smiling and looking back up. "If that makes you happy!" She hugged him, giggling.

Shady Sparks LOVED being Mister Robotnik's Chief Executive of Smile Reinforcement! It was a super fun job where all she had to do was keep Mister Robotnik happy by doing everything he asked and having Tech call Foxyboy every bit to talk him out of sending reinforcements. Mister Robotnik even gave her a fancy orange paint job to make her feel more at home with all of the pawns! After a while, she got promoted to SUPER Chief Executive, and was told she'd have her own intern to teach! She'd just have to get her hands on this blue hedgehog...
An RP I did with :iconderpityman:, converted into a convenient narrative form for you to enjoy! The ending was kinda rushed due to it being late at night and I having to sleep, but we're considering doing a sequel RP anyway that should hopefully flesh that out more.

I also drew Shady Sparks! fav.me/d768f35

Note: If you're gonna criticize my writing abilities at any point, go ahead but keep in mind that this was just meant to be fun RPing with a friend, not a legit writing exercise. Also, I only wrote like half of it.

Huh. Can't believe it took me this long to get around to reading this. This is good stuff. Love all the coincidences leading to transformation. Wish the ending wasn't so rushed compared to everything else, but over all a cool story.

I'm getting into reading other people's RP ideas.
